Where do you ship?
We currently ship anywhere in the U.S, and more countries are on the way! Sign up for updates to stay in the loop about our future expansion.
When will my order ship and arrive?
Most orders are processed within one business day. Shipping time will depend on your selected delivery method, generally 3-5 days for standard shipping and 1-3 days for expedited.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners).

Will your products work for my skin?
We formulated our products to work on a wide range of skin types. All of our products are rigorously tested and are dermatologist- and ophthalmologist-reviewed.
Do you test on animals?
Never. All of our products are cruelty-free and have no animal origins.
Are there any ingredients you don't include?
All of our products are free of sulfates, parabens, phthalates, artificial fragrance & color, and drying alcohols.
Do you use organic ingredients?
We try to use organic ingredients whenever practical, but we don't exclusively use them in our products. Organic ingredients often have a much larger carbon footprint vs. their conventional counterparts (because they are less efficient to grow) and we feel it's important to understand this tradeoff when making ingredient decisions.
Is your sunscreen reef-safe?
Yes! We use zinc oxide in our SPF, which is safer for you and the reef.
Where are your products made?
Our products are developed and manufactured in the USA. All of our manufacturing partners are FDA-registered and cGMP-compliant. Our products are made of materials sourced domestically and internationally.
How long do your products last?
We've found that on average most products will last 2-3 months depending on usage and personal preference. For best results, we recommend using our products within 6 months of when you receive them.
Can you share more about how your products reflect your sustainability practices?
Koa values sustainability in our business practices, from our careful attention to our supply chain to the packaging of all of our products. We use recyclable tubes, bottles, and jars for everything, and the paper in our mailers is 100% recycled. We also donate 1% of our net proceeds to organizations that focus on ocean preservation initiatives like removing plastic pollution from our oceans.
